What are your hours of operation?

We have flexible hours for drop off and pick up.  Call for more information.

Where are you located?

From State Hwy 231 in Ozark at the intersection where McDonalds is located, turn onto  Andrews Avenue/Hwy 27 North.  Proceed toward downtown Ozark and continue on Hwy 27 North until it merges into Hwy 105 North at the railroad track. From here proceed approximately 4 miles on Hwy 105 N.   DogHouse Boarding is located on the right, 1160 Hwy 105 N. 

What are your prices each day?

Prices are calculated on a 24 hour basis from the time of drop off until pickup.  Space rental is $20/day. 

Do you give discounts for more than one dog per family?

Yes, the first dog will be $20/day, additional pets are $15 each per day.

Can my dogs share a pen?

Yes, provided they share our larger runs that are designed for the larger dogs. The smaller kennels are not big enough to house more than one dog.

What vaccinations are necessary:

All dogs must be up to date with the vaccinations appropriate for the age of the dog.  Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo and Bordatella are required.  Influenza is advised.   We must have a copy of your most recent vaccination record for our files.

Does my dog need to be on flea/tick and heartworm prevention?

Yes, flea/tick prevention is required whether it be an oral medication or collar. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended.

Will my dog be allowed to mingle with other dogs?

Yes, only in a controlled setting and with your approval. All interaction will be supervised.

Do you have a designated play area outside?

Yes, we have a fenced in area for outside play and exercise.

Do I bring my pet’s food?

We will provide food for your pet unless you prefer to bring a special brand or if your pet requires a special diet.

Do I need to bring bedding or toys?

You can bring favorite bedding or toys if you would like to but it’s not necessary.

What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?

If your pet gets sick or injured in any way, we will first contact you at the number you provide on the registration form.  If for some reason, we cannot reach you and it is an emergency, we will contact the veterinarian of your choice also listed on your registration form.  If neither you or your chosen doctor is available, we will contact the veterinarian we have on contract with the kennel. 

Am I allowed to call and check on my pet?

Absolutely, we encourage you to check in with us.
